hello friends. my I-129F got transfered to new delhi today. i was wondering will new delhi consulate accept my husband's packet 3 if he goes and drops off it on his own...... i mean i am really praying to get an october interview and if he waits for them to mail the packet 3....then it is very unlikely that his interview will be in october. are there any suggestions that can help us so that when he goes next week to delhi.....they accept his DS-230 and the checklist. thanks.

I mailed mine and it took them about 2weeks to acknowledge that they have received it. If you personally go there they may ask bunch of questions and may tell you wait for P3.
