Full Version: for new delhi
hello friends. I wanted to know when does a person submit the 2 completed copies of DS-156 and two completed copies of DS-3052 when going through new delhi. i found out about these forms from the mumbai consulate website but couldn't find anything from the delhi website. thanks for ur help.

Since my wife never received P3, we downloaded it from Mumbai embassy and mailed it. So, we submitted 2 pics and 2 copies of DS-156 as P3.
