The problem was when he asked about getting it (he's a Japanese National) they asked what type of certificate he needed and when he mentioned it was for a K1 visa, they said there are a few types of certificates. I'm sure it will say in the packet once we get our NOA2 and it is forwarded to the embassy there, we thought we'd try to get a head start on it since we knew we'd have to wait a couple of weeks and he has next week off work to do some running around if need be. I just thought that maybe someone here who has been through this phase could tell me which one it is (as the embassy in Tokyo charges to ask questions either by email or phone). Thanks for your help.
