Hi everybody,
looks like our time has come to apply to remove the conditions on my residence and we will be mailing our application tomorrow or saturday. Man, these past two years have gone by so fast!!!
I do have a couple of questions and hope you can help...even though they're silly!

The earliest we can apply is Sept 1, but we would like to mail the package tomorrow, since Labor Day is coming up and we don't want to still have to think about it until tuesday...we definitely want to get rid of that package as soon as we can!
If we do mail it tomorrow, what date do we put on the form with the signature, tomorrow or saturday? I know it's silly and confusing, but I'm afraid that our package might be rejected if we sign the day before it's legally due.
Also, we're going to use Priority Mail with return receipt, is that ok?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, as usual!!!

Why dont you just sign it and mail it on Saturday... then there is no chance of it being returned... I sent mine by Priority mail with delivery reciept, mailed in a Friday and it was delivered on the next Monday...

We mailed ours out Express Mail with confirmation of delivery on a Saturday. Notice of delivery was left in the PO Box on Monday and package was picked up by somebody from USCIS on Tuesday (very early morning).

OK, Saturday it is!
