YAY!!!! It's my last day in hell! (My job) I know the office is having a big party for me . A lot of mixed feelings since I've really made many great friends and I will really miss some of the patients. Gotta move on though!

well, i did take my dog to the groomer on thursday to clean him up. I think i made him more messy. he smells good but still has just a tiny odor in the nose area.

Argh. Ive been at work less than an hour and Ive already hit a wall. I took Ahmed to his first baseball game last night and we didnt get to bed until almost 1. Good game, but it went into 11 innings.

I've also got to go to a family gathering for an OBNOXIOUS family member's birthday. I'm trying to pysch myself up for the whole thing and I'm talking large quantities of "nice" pills in hopes of being able to tolerate this person.

I'm up early (6AM) too but I don't have internet at home. Poor college student has to use school library which opens at 8 but lucky today they openned 15 early. I have to print a paper for my 8am class and the prof doesn't accept late work especially when you walk in late.

But hey! I got it printed and I gotta jet.

Today is blah. Woke up at 10 and just sippin coffee waiting for my daughter's mattress and frame to be delivered. Guess I should put some clothes on for that. lol. I'm so not motivated.

Nice out I guess we'll go outside and read. My kids have 5 days to read their summer reading and it's like pulling teeth to get them to do it!!!!

Going at 2 to have a blood test to see how many eggs I have left. lol. That outta be fun! Hubby says we're on Mission Impossible....then he hums the theme song.

Starting Day 4...already lost 4lbs. I'm sure its mostly water weight but as long as the scale is going in the right direction I could care less!

I'm on day 4 of my diet, too. Not sure if I lost any weight but I do feel healthier already. I don't have a scale because I don't need a hole in the wall when I get pissed off and throw the damn thing.

LOL, good for you too! I usually don't weigh myself this early on but I had to make sure all this suffering was worth it. Today is banana day, I love bananas. Bananas, soup, and milk. Not so sure about milk....yuck.

Can you have sugar subsitute on this diet? I'm not a milk fan either. What I would do is freeze a banana then blend it with the milk, ice and some Equal or Splenda. Makes a tasty smoothie.

I can't find much literature on this diet. Every website I have found has just had the basics on it. That does seem like a good idea. I think if the banana is overly ripe like the ones I have at home, it would be sweet enough to skip the spenda or maybe I could just add a bit. I'm not sure though bcz I know diet soda is forbidden on the diet. I'm not sure if its bcz of the sweetners or bcz they just want you to stick to water?

Its my Friday and the beginning of a four-day weekend and almost beer-thirty

I just went and got a pedicure during my lunch, it felt soooooooooooo good Everyone thinks I'm weird when I get pedi's because I like the water to be cold, it keeps my feet from swelling up.

We get the keys to our new place on Saturday so we can start moving our stuff in finally! Our furniture is getting delivered on Tuesday, cable is being set up on Monday! I'm having my bridal shower on Sunday...I'm one busy bee....

I want to paint the living room in our new place, our sofa's are a very muted olive green and beige. Does anyone have any color suggestions? The carpet is a lighter paparika color.

May I just take this small moment to say I HATE BLUE CARD! I just got off the phone with the absolute rudest insurance claims rep in the whole of healthcare history! Woof!

I feel your pain. Blue card is the worst one to deal with as far as attitudes, although I think that United healthcare is the worst one for understanding what the heck they are trying to say they did with the claim. I cannot believe how many they 'don't receive' but they get two others that you know went in the same envelope!

Congrats on the weight loss!! I have been told I look like I have lost weight by some people I haven't seen for a bit. I haven't been on a scale since we moved, but pants are getting loser. I might have to hire Omar the tailor.

I have have the worst cramps of my life (I know tmi tmi) the past three days so I started taking my mega huge ibuprofin pills that I'm not supposed to take since they make me blow up like a baloon. When I woke up I think I gained ten pounds in my face. My eyes were soooo swollen!!!! Took a water pill and won't take the ibuprofin again but now in pain again. I find out tomorrow afternoon how many eggs I got left in the oven. lol. Its' called an FSH test that they do on day three of your period and it tells you how good your fertility situation is. The doc figured I should do this before getting my tubes reversed since what's the point if I'm no longer fertile. I'm kinda nervous though. I mean we've discussed the possibility of me not being able to conceive and if that's the case I am willing to get a donor but he is not so we'll just not have any kids together but I know deep down he'd be crushed 'cause I can see it in his face. No pressure right? Seriously if it's not one thing it's another that I worry about 'cause if I turn out fertile then I'll be stressing over when is he gonna be here so we can get started already you know? I'm never just content with where I"m at in life which sucks 'cause I could be hit by a MAC truck tomorrow.


My youngest and I are going to Canobie Lake Park tomorrow. My oldest is having a spa day with my mom...their getting a facial and then a mani-pedi and then out to lunch they go. lol.
