Well i m here in usa on k1 from last 1 month, we got married, but did not file yet.. will do next week.

my question is what if my ead that was stamped at airport expires before getting ACTUAL EAD? can i get an extension?
will i have to terminate my job here?

Your temp EAD expired the minute you married.

THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS WRONG.....

Your temp EAD that you got from JFK is valid for 90 days from the day you entered the US... it does not expire when you get married it expires on the same day as your I-94... if you have not got your 1 years EAD that you file for along with your AOS then you are no longer authorised to work.... but it is up to your employer to check your continued Employment Authorisation.... so unless they ask for it you do not have to say to them that it is expiring... unauthorized work is forgiven if you are married to a USC....

WRONG. It expires on the date of the I-94 - just like you're eligible after marriage (until expiry of I-94) for an SSN, you are eligible to work if you have the EAD.

there is no extention on the temp EA stamp.
