Well Im here to introduce myself, and tell you a bit more!
My name is Samantha Jayne, and my husbands name is Julian Rodriguez, we are currently filling the I130, the wait is long, as im sure you all know.
I miss my husband alot, but I have to stay positive.
If anyone can tell me a few tips, on how to make a LDR work, that will be super!
I am 20 years old, a capricorn and I have lots of diffrent hobbies.

Also if anyone can give me some advice, with immigrating with a criminal record.. that would be cool : )

As to your other question - it sort of depends on what's in his criminal record as to how it will effect the visa.
