Hi there,
My fiance posted about this in a different topic, but no replies so i thought a new thread would do.
Basically he got the checklist with all forms to download in the mail.
But the checklist says to return the forms but there isn't any envelope or specific address. Do they just go back to the address on top of the checklist? Does he need to specify our EAC number on anything so it goes in the right direction?
any assistance greatly appreciated in advance!

What address did they give you? The one we used, and the one on the website, is: Immigrant Visa Unit, 5 Upper Grosvenor Street, London, W1A 2JB.
What is an EAC number?

I forgot to mention this is for K-1.
EAC number is the receipt number from VSC we had originally. but i found a case number on our letter from NVC as well.
thanks

The case number from the NVC is the one to use. The consulate uses that, not your petition's case number.

I used EXpress mail and send the checklist back to the same adress where it came from , I also put the case number ( not the EAC but the NVC#) on the envelope , your fiance should look at the package it should have instructions how and where to send it ( mine had instructions for medical , photoes they require , the DS 156 K , DS 230 , affidavit of suport , instruction how to obtain DS 156 , and how to mail the checklist )

i am not sure because i didnt get packet three but i'll ask him to look at (and possibly respond to) this thread
thanks!
