We haven't even been scheduled for an interview yet so I guess it's waaay too early to start planning the trip up the 401 and Autoroute 20 but I'm a bit obsessive/compulsive when it comes to these things. I heard that there is a parking lot near the Montreal consulate, does anybody know the rates? (Beaucoup de l'argent, n'est pas?) Since my parents are both getting up there in years, I can't do the old 'stay in the car and move when parking enforcement comes by' routine. I don't even know if they allow street parking in that area. Does anybody know about parking near the consulate?

We just parked in the hotel we were staying at (Marriot Residence Inn) and walked over. Parking is hard to come by. From what I recall, lots were running upwards of $15 per stay. Here's a link.

Thanks, that was most helpful. good.gif I figured it would be as bad or worse than the situation in Toronto. Now I've got my fingers crossed hoping for an interview before the snow flies.
