My wife and I will be filing the I-751 later this week to remove conditions on her CR1. We have all the supporting documentation (such as: house deed, joint bank account, bills, support letters, etc.) but we have two questions:

1. Does all the documentation (including the supporting documentation listed above) need my wife's A# number on each page? Or is the A# number only neccessary on additional pages for the I-751 document itself (extra pages to further explain items on the two page I-751 form) ?

2. I remember when we filed the I-130 (for CR1) we used the two hole ACCO binders pieces (holes on the top of the documentation) and tabs on the bottom of the documentation. Does this still apply when filing the I-751 ?

Thanks

2. I just separated the papers into sections with paper clips and shoved it into an envelope and mailed it off...

You dont need the A# on every piece of paper just on any contunuation sheets from the main form... I used an extra sheet for addresses we have lived at...

I did my packet the same way as I did for AOS wholepuched the top added acco clip and inside a folder with tabs at the bottom... Cover letter outlining what was in each section...
