Hi guys!
I just received my EAD 2 weeks ago and I noticed that its going to be expired on Sept. 12,2007 already... Is this always the case? Only one month validity? What is the usual expiry of an EAD? Can someone share the expiry of their EAD? What do I need to do?
Thanks.

Please update your timeline.
Under what category did you apply for when you filed your EAD? If you filed as an (a)(6), then you will get an EAD that is valid only while your I-94 is valid.
As spouse of USC filing for AOS, you should file EAD as a ( c )(9)

I came here on K1 visa and this is my first time to apply for EAD. My I-94 will expire on Sep 12 also.Should I apply again for an EAD before the first one expires?

Did you keep a copy of your EAD application? Check and verify if you applied as a category (a)(6) .... this is category for a K1 applying for EAD.
Go ahead and submit another EAD application, indicate your eligibility category as ( c )( 9 ) ... this is category for Adjustment Applicant. If you have received the NOA for your AOS application, include a photocopy of the NOA with your EAD application.

its valid for a year and urs is for a month only...they might just had a clerical error, instead of 2008, they had it 2007.

If you applied under A6 then that EAD is correct. Im not sure since you have already received it that you will be able to change anything and might just have to refile for a new one using c9 category. An infopass might help.

Before you waste your time going to an infopass appointment, check your EAD application. IF you filed as A6 then the EAD you get will only be valid until the date your I-94 expires.

I agree Eau - OP check your application, you may have the (a(6) answer there. If not, and it is a clerical error you should be able to return the EAD for a correction with no fee.
