So, Dr. B. exerted rank and is in charge of the moving arrangements (thank god). So he goes on a compulsive list making off all the people and things involved. So far, so good. I read the list and was quite impressed.... then took a glimpse at the "Things to get in the car" list, which reads:

1.- CDs and stereo plate
2.- Enough cigarettes
3.- Coffee
4.- All paperwork and copies
5.- X-ray and related shite
6.- Company & Mysery (our budgies)
7.- Lenina (underlined in original document).

WHAT???????????? I must admit, I am still laughing like it's going out of style. You have to love my husband.

No problem for the bird info. I'm a little... um... neurotic about paperwork and crap (and I drive my husband crazy with this -- can't help it, I used to be a project manager!) so I like to cover all the bases for ourselves and for others! I would have hated to see you post saying that your sweet budgies were confiscated or something at the border or held up.

And I love their names... Company and Mysery...
