Today we received the I-797C notice of action for my wife. We sent the I-751 package on 19th of July to NSC, but the I-797C came from WSC center.
My questions is which center WSC is? Also is this the paper which extends her greencard for the next 12monts? because on the I-797C it says: ASC Appointment Notice and it tells her where to go for the biometrics appointment. Also it has a code 3 on the form.

At the first line of NOA1 you can reas the words: You conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year from date of expiration on your Form I-511
If your read is ASC Appointment Notice, that is NOA2. That is finger print letter. So you should wait NOA1 for extend your expiration.

also I forgot to mention that on the envelope the "from address" is US Department of Homeland Security, Laguna Niguel, Ca 92607-0111
Yes it's happen all the time get NOA2 before get NOA1. That's good. Congratudlations.

some people get the NOA first , some people get the biometrics appointment letter first...
but they usually come around the same time so you should be getting your NOA/extension notice soon
