We recieved our NOA 1 from VSC in the mail today. The NOA 1 date is 8/3/07, the date VSC actually received the petition. We couldn't beat the fee increase, since the 90-day window began on 7/31/07.
The check cleared our bank on 8/20/07. I couldn't track the case number online yet though.

Congratulations to get ur NOA1, about u cant checking ur case online. i think many people like you, and i think there's something wrong with the system. and i think USCIS trying to fix it .
