I received 2 emails yesterday informing me my wife's EAD and AP were approved... I had been wondering about the EAD since we were notified in July of a Request for Inititial Evidence for the I-485, "You are ineligible for interim employment authorization pursuant to Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations..." The RFE was for the full medical (which I've posted elsewhere) but was cleared up after the congressman's office helped and found out about a temp file not yet linked up where it should be...and then oddly being notified that normal I-485 processing was being continued and transferred to CSC.
