TODAY I LOOKED AT THE USCIS WEB SITE AND I SAW MY CASE TOUCHED TODAY TOO ...............DOES THIS MEAN THEY ARE GOING TO TRANSFER MY CASE TO NVC ..................

ANY EXPERIENCE ON THIS ...................ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED


MY I-129F APPROVED ON AUGUST 13. AND TODAY I GOT A TOUCH.............LAST UPDATE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 08-23-2007

probably going to NVC... but I hear that they go in mass mailings, and not individually? I mean they mail it every 2 weeks or so, and gather all the applications together..

Most likley means they have sent it to the NVC.
If so you will receive a letter soon stating that. I would get ready for the
NVC fees.
And have your Tax records on hand.
