actually my wife got the VISA
soooooo happpy right now..the interview was veeeery easy (even I was suprised)
- she went in at 7:30
- paid the visa fees by draft
- called for an interview (a japanese lady)
- asked following question..
who is petitioning for you?
what does he do for living?
do you want children in future?
- after my wife answered the above questions,
she said welcome to US. we will mail the visa/passport to your home
(but she asked if she could pick up the same day, and they said yes)
she was out in 1 hour 35 mins.
actually when she called me, I was like something bad must have happened since she call me this early. but it was good news.
consulate did not ask for any other papers. I was kind of (a lil bit angry). I went thru all that crap for gathering eveidence of our relationship but down the drain
finally its over. I wonder how many mistakes I would have made if I weren't a VJer. I still remember, back in january when I started out this process (b4 I joined VJ), I used to call USCIS for the questions I used to have on I130,G325 and sometimes got wrong asnwers
I sincerely thank everyone on VJ who have helped me.
thank you very much everyone for your kind help!
I guess, now will take a break from all this paperwork for a week or two. probably be back on the AOS forum now after my wife comes here...
gluck to everyone
