I have a question with the police certificates for my stepson who is 17 years old. Do we have to complete all three police certificates for him on a K-4? If someone could please answer this question.


These are the requirements for a K-3
Police Certificates
Applicants must provide three police certificates:
  • CERTIFICADO DE LA POLICIA NACIONAL (EX-PIP) (Address: Av. Aramburu, Lima)
  • CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES PENALES DEL PODER JUDICIAL (Address: Av. Abancay Poder Judicial, Lima)
  • CERTIFICADO DE ANTECEDENTES JUDICIALES (a nivel nacional) (Address: INPE, Jr. Carabaya 456, Lima)
