My co spon is a little shy about asking for a letter from her employer about her current status and how much she makes?
if i can show all the docs except the letter from the employer will my k1 be denied? any help thanks

Employer letters are not required, just a good idea if you can get them. A few recent pay stubs are just as good if not better in most cases.
