First of all: Congrats!

But you know what - this is honestly making me sick. I've sent my I751-package to TSC in March! and I'm still waiting for approval.
They really need to get this process adjusted so that everyone is waiting on about the same - not some approved in matters of days, and others wait months....

I agree. The people whose I-751s arrived at TSC after July 1 are the luckiest stiffs in the world b/c they got transfered to CSC, and they are now being approved before those of us who sent their I-751s to TSC months before.

Admins, please ban all of these people, or at least delete their threads as they appear.

Heh, just kidding.

Maybe.

I shouldn't really complain -- my I-130 was transfered from TSC to CSC, which then approved it in just under four weeks. But I believe all of the older I-130s had already been adjudicated or cleared out of TSC by then -- not the case now with the I-751s.

Whatever happened to "first come, first served"? Isn't that in the Constitution somewhere? blink.gif

Does it matter which country you are from?
Are some petitions approved faster if they belong to a citizen of a country sending a smaller number of immigrants every year?
Maybe citizens of some countries experience less background checking?

I'm not trying to say anything here, just curious. Personally I think my journey has been relatively fast and was thinking that it may have to do with the fact that not too many people come here from Sweden every year. Then again, I may just be lucky. blush.gif

That's a great timeline! Congratulations!!

I'd like to reiterate Gemma12nel's question on whether your I-485 was also transferred to CSC and approved without interview.
jennybirgitta
I don't think it matters for removal of conditions. I'm from Sweden too. See my timeline below.

Lycka till!
