Hey

I think the kind of clothing you would wear for a job interview can't go wrong.
The result matters more than being too casual.

I personally don't think what you wear will have any effect, either positive or negative, on your interview.

The interview is based purely on facts, not appearance.

At our interviews, people were dressed mostly just in casual wear, such as jeans.

Most of the people at the consulate were wearing jeans, though one woman showed up in a skirt and a nice top.

Bee and I wore nice button-down shirts with tidy jeans and loafers - in the end, since we were standing at a window talking to the consulate officer, he only saw the top half of us and it probably looked like we were dressed up. laughing.gif

Dress for success. I don't think dressing for a job interview is really necessary but won't hurt. Your finest business casual would be a good idea. Impressions are what count. Much of the interview is subjective. An important part of the first impression is also a confident and cheerful attitude and greeting.

Do people that interview in grubbies with a frown get visas. You betcha. But I don't advise it.

Save that little third date black dress for the honeymoon.
