WHY WIFE JUST RECEIVED HER TEMPARY GREEN CARD. SHE CAME ON A FIANCEE VISA.

SHE HAS TWO SONS, ONE IN MEXICO AND ONE LIVING IN THE USA GOING TO A UNIVERSITY WITH A EDUCATIONAL VISA.

HER SONS ARE BOTH OVER 21 YEARS OLD.

CAN SHE PETETION FOR THEM TO COME TO THE USA AND HOW LONG WOULD THE WAIT BE.

THANKS

Yes, assuming they are not married.

There might be a risk with the son on a student visa as that requires non immigrant intent.

About 16 years.

16 years? Is that their way of saying "maybe they'll die before they get the green card" ?

Unlikely

I guess nearer 40.

The current priority date for LPR's unmarried sons/daughters over 21 from Mexico is 15 Feb 92... so 14 years.

Before she can start the process.

And that assumes that people who apply now will have the same wait time as those that applied then.

Just a big guess.
