Somebody knows if itīs necessary that the sponsor goes with me the interview day? In the form, it is mentioning to be signed in the consulate...

The I-134 form is to be signed in the presense of a Notary Public, who will certify that the person named, signed the form. This can be done at any bank or most insurance agencies have a Notary on staff. It can be notarized at the Consulate but any notary will do.
