How have you handled sending money back home for school fees? To my understanding school starts next month (September). I knew this situation would come up, and my husband and I are prepared. However, I am a little disturb about sending money to an individual for the purpose of School Fees, rather than directly to the school.

Please advise.

That depends on who the recipient of the money is and how much he/she can be trusted. You can ask the school if funds can be send directly
to them instead.
