I called in regard my I-765 for more than 90 days; they are filing a special request to investigate the I-765 case.
The rep on the phone told me it will take about 30 days to get response in the mail;

Will it possible that they forgot about my I-765 and need this special request to find my I-765?

And usually how long it will take to get response for the special request (it's still in National Benefit Center).

Good luck with the special request. If I don't hear anything by the end of this week and the 10 days allowed from infopass inquiry I will do the same and ask for the special request.

USCIS currently working on I-765 applications with receipt notice date May 29th we're currently outside processing times!!!!!

Yea, they just update their processing date today, i believe they do that every 17th-20th of the month.
Mine EAD notice was April 26, 2007; hope it can arrive soon. I will keep update about the "special request" I made with USCIS.

I heard that National Benefit Center is very sloooowwww.....

My EAD was transfered to CSC May 30th seemingly for faster processing what a joke!!! not only is NBC slow but CSC is not any faster!!!!! my notice date was May 23rd and theyre working on May 29th now!!

My EAD was transferred to CSC on 5/21 and received 5/30.

CSC received our Bios from ASC on the same date!! how weird is that?

I called USCIS yesterday because more than 90 days since filed for my EAD I-765

They made a special request on the case, and the next day, I have the email stated that the card is produced!! innocent.gif

I suggested if you are outside of the normal processing date, call USCIS and they will make it special request about it, and hopefully you will get updated right after.

@ MariaDane - you're right 7/12 and hubby had them done on 6/1. Why would it take ASC more than a month to forward the bios......

Who knows with ASC & CSC these days!! oh wow 6/1?? thats my birthday

I filed a special request about my EAD.... about 1 year and 2 months later, when I had forgoten all about it I got the reply in the mail... telling me my EAD had been approved and issued 11 months before..... so dont hold your breath......
