Is NVC asking for the DS-230 in this letter? Because I already sent the payment of $380, but checking my records today. I noticed that I did not write Department of State, I wrote on the USPS Money Order Payable to NATIONAL VISA CENTER. I guess that is the reason that I got this letter recently. What do you think?

The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support (I-864). However, we are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa fee(s). Please submit the fee(s) according to the instructions on the IV fee bill sent to you from NVC. If you have not received and IV fee bill, please contact NVC.

You should call them to find out what they say. I also got that letter way after I sent the money order for the IV bill and when I called them they said they had already cashed it and had updated their system.
