i wanna to bring my mom here for visit couple weeks . and I'm asking if she must to have a money in bank necessary or not?

We got a visa for my husbands mother, she did have money in the bank and she got the visa no problem. she also owns her home. I am not sure if you MUST have money or if it just helps....

You don't petition for anyone for a visitor visa. Your future mother in law will have to get the visitor visa on her own merit.
