i got 130 approved by uscs
after i get k3......
I can do AOS adjusment of status
But can i do consular processing by letting my approvrd 130 transfer from uscs to nvc
please help

Yes, it is possible to do that but only if your I-130 was clearly noted that you want Consular Service. Otherwise, you'll need to file an I-824 to get the I-130 moving again. There is a $200 fee and the process of getting the petition moving again is taking several months at this time.
