Hi everyone,

I'd like to complete my DS-230 but the only one I can find online (even from the USCIS website) expired July 31st 2007.

Where is the new one? Or is it OK to use this one?

Thank you.

It's ok to use it still since there is no updated version out yet by USCIS.

A new form has not been promulgated by the Dept. of State (not USCIS) so it's still good to use. good.gif

USCIS Will never publish a Depart of State form (DS) That form is still valid.

If you are referring to a OMB date, you can continue using the form, it is a date that Office of Management and Budget specifies that suggested changes and auditing by the various departments needs to be completed by, in this case Department of State. OMB date is an internal audit date, not an expiration of the form.

The various consulates use and mail out forms that are much older than that.

So no problems using that form.

the above website has the forms which you want, just search under visa and then go to visa forms.
