Praise God, Vjers, We are approved on the 13th of this month. I'm so happy about it. Can anybody tell me how I can get intouch with the NVC to know if my approval has been receive by then.

Congratulations on your approval!!

It usually takes about a month for NVC to get your approved petition and upload it in their system.
I would wait till I got my hardcopy of the approval in the mail which you should be getting any day now before you call.
They have an automated system that will ask for your USCIS receipt number and let you know that they have recieved your case. You just have to keep trying to call and check, the phone number is 603-334-0700.

I got approved on Aug.1st and they still don't have my information yet but it's only been two weeks I know I should be patient but it is hard I know.
