Hi everyone. I am currently a college student, I am American Citizen, born here in the US. within 2 years I will be going to Grad school, an my economic situation, I expect, will be good enough to be able to provide for my brother who by then will be ready for High School. Does anyone know what are the criteria to grant the permission for me to bring my brother to live here and study.? I will not be rich in two years and I'm pretty sure that I won't own a house but I will be making decent money and that's one thing I gues would be crucial in bringing someone, I guess the US Government doesn't want burdens and they want to make sure someone would be able to support the person attempting to come to the US. By the way in two years I will be 26 so maybe the age is another factor. I would really appreciate any responses, I really need to bring my brother, he's brilliant in school and deserves even more than me to enjoy the benefits this country has to offer to young people like him.
