I have a very weird problem with my I-864. My wife was supposed to be sending the I-864 and other documents to the IRS. Meanwhile She was on a no drink order and was caught drunk so know she has to go and be in in patient treatment for a month. In the mean while the last date of completing all the documents is approaching. So their is no way she will be able to send my I-864 in time. But she had prepared an AOS in the begining with all her details up to 2005. So should i submit the AOS she prepared and send it or suggest me what to do. we also will be using and additional affadavit of support from an uncle of hers which is complete and up to date

thanks for all your replies

Since no one else has replied I will give you my opinion.

I assume you meant to say she was to send this to the NVC.

But she had prepared an AOS in the begining with all her details up to 2005. So should i submit the AOS she prepared and send it or suggest me what to do. we also will be using and additional affadavit of support from an uncle of hers which is complete and up to date

The answer is no, that's not what they asked for - so basically you are sending them things they don't want, they want 2006. That said, if you do go ahead and send it you will probably get a request from them for the correct document.
