This happened today when a post with a quite Russia-specific question (and several general questions) was moved from the Russia forum to the Foreign Embassy forum.
The Russia specific question had to do with how to cope with Patronymics in the DS-156.
Now, how many people without a connection to Russia even know what a Patronymic is or how Russians use them in official documents, like passports?
