neel006,
this question is hard to answer. look at my timeline. It toook 3 weeks for the case to transfer from Cali to NVC, where it just takes a week for other people. I personally know people who have filed after me, who got their approval after me (almost 1 month), and they already had their interview in july where in my is in august. I am just giving you an example on how things can be different for two cases(even if same servince center, consulate etc)

considering best case scenario, probably early october ( given that I have seen few people from delhi where they directly get Packet 4?) but who knows..people going thru delhi can pitch in...

Neel006,

If I were you, I would go ahead and mail P3. Just make sure that your case has been received at the embassy. We waited more than a month, and finally I downloaded P3 from Mumbai's website and submitted it. New Delhi embassy only requires you to submit DS-230 Part I for P3. PM me if you need more help!!

Hope this helps!!

Thanks
Sandip

Thanks sandip.. this is what i am planning to do. once the new delhi consulate receives my case..i will just have my spouse go drop off the packet or mail it through dhl. i will count on your support.
