Hi Neekie,

My sister husband (boyfriend at the time) came over on a B2 tourist visa and overstayed. They got married and she file the AOS. Took them over a year for him to recv his green card.

I know many people who have come over on their B1B2 visa and over stayed.
I have a friend who have been here for over 6 years, he over stayed, he got married but now in is getting a divorce, but it has always worked out. I personally opted for the K3 though, we wanted to do it the right way.
Good luck in your future endeavours

I personally think this process is not difficult at all....it took my brother-in-law less then a yr to get his green card once he applied. The only problem was him not being to work or drive for the first few months of filing, but that's the case w/every visa application process. If you need any add'l info please let me know. I think the only thing they look for is the "intent to marry".
