Yes I recieved it as well what a load of BS I'm sorry but apparently anyone can become a member here so I just deleted it I guess they think we just fell off the tunip truck yesterday???? Not this chicky hahahahah!! maybe a hay wagon but not a turnip truck!!!!!

The scammers are attacking VJ too... .......its been years since this type of emails was always on my BULK........be ware this are all total scam!

I haven't received this message on VJ yet. If I did, I would think it was Matt85 playing a joke on me. We've joked between each other about a message like the spam message

This is a long-standing internet fraud scheme known as the Nigerian Scam or 419 Scam (no offense to all the good people of Nigeria, but this is what it has become known as -- these would-be scammers actually come from many different countries.)

There are entire websites devoted to exposing these people -- ebolamonkeyman is pretty hilarious, and there are many others.

Just delete it. Or if you feel like having some fun at this idiot's expense, hook the fish on the line and see how far you can play him/her.

I have not received any here on Vj but constantly in my personal e-mail. These people have infested the internet with these sorts of scams. Really wonder if anyone really falls for such crap.

i got the same personal e-mail and when i was looking on dating sites on internet before i got married i had a linda love contact me she was from nigeria so i dont think it could be the same one but i am going to have a little fun today with this one i will let you all know how it turns out hehheeh i have been down this road before lots of fun and a good way to burn up some time

Believe it or not, yes. There are people that fall for these scams. It's pretty much common sense on anyone's part. The thought of possibly making "easy money" is always the bait. And the trap clamps down on them when they lose a lot of money in the process. The TV show "Dateline" uncovers a lot of these scams in their reports. "There's a sucker born every minute" is a phrase often credited to P.T. Barnum.
