i have just apply k1 visa for my fiance, i knew her from her relatives in Atlanta then felt in love each other
, then her aunt and me came back Vn to visit her as well as celebrated an engagement party, i know many cases was denied visa cause the fiances have relative in US,she also has another aunts and uncles & grandparents in CA,Texas,Boston, someone has fiance's relative in US got visa, Can you help me?

I have never heard for a petition being denied because the beneficiary having relatives in the U.S. My wife has several relativies living here and she had no problems getting the K-1 visa.

In addition, Plaese carefully re-read your question and statement from the above post. Are you seriously believe many cases got denied JUST because the beneficiary having relatives here in the US? The bad news is: they deny you a Visa for ANY reason they may find, not JUST one single piece of information or relationship. The good news is: They also approve you a Visa for ALL the right reasons and overlook the others. If you search more careful, you will see they don't actually DENY one's case, in most cases, they DELAY for further investigation and verification of the relationship. Just to make sure there is no FRAUD involved. Is there any money payment by her aunt to you, in return, you would go back and marry her? If the answer is YES, you should be very worried, they will find out. If the answer is no, BAU (business as usual).

You should concentrate to collect evidences to prove that your marriage is true, not the business between your aunt and your fiance, that's the most important thing now.
I also had one uncle in California, but my uncle never has any chance to meet my husband.
Thing makes them want to verify and investigate is how you first met each other, not the relatives in USA.

My wife's brother and 1 uncle live in the same county as me (never met them before she came here), plus another uncle and several cousins live in L.A and Riverside counties right next door.
