O.k. here's the deal. My husband immigrated on a K-1 fiance visa in June 2005. We would now like to bring his 2 girls to the US to live with us. I have read about th I-130 and the I-824 (following to join). Does anyone know which of these two we need to fill out? He has been here over 2 years, we've been married over 2 years. His children were listed on the original petition, but they did not go the the interview with him. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you someone can give me a sample timeline of about how long each process takes, that would be great also!
Thanks in advance for anyones help!!!

Follow to Join has to happen within 1 year. In your case you will be filing I-130 for each child. US Citizen can file for step children. The process is much like filing for an IR-1 visa for a spouse.

Is this a long process? Do we have to wait like we did with the K-1 or does it move along alot quicker because he is already here?

Takes some time, not as bad as IR-1 for a spouse, not a lot of name checking involved with children.
