I am a US citizen, and my parents are permanent residents. I have two siblings abroad who are unmarried. Does it take less time if I apply for them, or do you think the process is faster if my parents apply for my siblings permanent residency?

It would be faster for your parents to file for them... you do not say which country you are from so I cant tell you the wait time.... but here is the link to the website that tell you the Priority dates..
