I was wondering if anyone could answer a question for me as I was looking through various posts and didn't see it addressed. I received a replacement receipt notice for my NOA1. I had never received the NOA1 and when I called to get our case #, I was told to call back after 45 days if I still hadn't it. When I called back, they said not to worry that there had been some computer errors, but he would happily send me out a replacement notice. My question is there is no date listed in the received date section, but there is a date (6-5-07) in the priority date section of this replacement notice. The check was processed on 6-18-07 so which date is the one I would use as my NOA1 rec'd date?

Thanks unsure.gif

The priority date on our NOA1 is blank so would think that when they reissued the NOA to you they put the receipt date in the priority date box.

The important issue would be your approval NOA and remember to keep that in a save place because you will need it when filing for AOS.

Yes, I agree the NOA2 is most important, however, the priority date is about the date when it should've been received by Nebraska before being transferred to CSC. So as far as my timeline, would the the priority date be the date to use verses the date the check was cashed?
Thanks
