Full Version: DS-230 Expired version?
On the DS-230 we sent in it says it expired on 7-31-07. Is thier a new version? And will this one work?
You're fine, I don't think there's a new version out there.

I received the ds-230 with instructions which send me to a link to download it and it was that same expiration date you gave. So we are fine. Usually they keep some of those versions well after their exp. dates. Good luck in your journey!

Don't sweat it...
It's not a form expiration date per se..
From another post, it means that the form is due for an audit. It's an internal expiration date. The NVC will still accept it.
Thanx guys. Looks like everybody should be ok. I also talked to the NVC and they said that this version is ok to use.
