Can anyone tell me if I can get a UK passport for our new baby or only a US one or both?
He was born in the US in April and is oh so cute! wub.gif

You need to go to the UK Embassy web site and see what they have to say about registering births in the US and if you are entitled to claim British citizenship for the baby.

Dual Nationality (Children)

Children born in the United States to a father (or, if born after 31 December 1982 to either a father or a mother) who is a British citizen by birth, registration, naturalisation or settlement in the United Kingdom are British citizens by descent.

u gotta call ur embassy and register the birth.. it takes about 2-4 weeks and u get the passport.. smile.gif
