my wife told me today that when she will go 2 VFS office, she will submit the visa fee of $100 at VFS. Aren't you suppose to pay that when you are at the embassy for your interview.??? am I right...or ??

I am not sure but i think u are right. VFS do take 365 Rs as per packet 4 instructions. (Which is courier charge for sending your passport back to you)

You are right, $100 visa fees are only paid at the Consulate on the day of the interview, NOT at VFS. Only courier fees are paid at VFS office, as Calijatt correctly said.
