I see Laurel's Fees ($6,000 for an I-601 and the same for re-appeal). Just exactly how good is she. Does she have close to 100% approval rate?

It's impossible to view it that way. It depends on the specifics of your case -- the charges, what hardships you have to begin with as well as the consulate you are going through. But she is very knowledgable and will at least advise you and get you going in the right direction. Why not do a phone consult with her to get her opinion and advice to start, as well as consult with a few others like Heather Poole?
