about the affadavit of support my wife didnt file the form 1040 from 2003 bcz she was living outside us so will they accept it ? and she has assets and she pays the taxs for them so can they accept the land taxs ?

Only the last 3 years' returns are requested (and only the first is required) by the I-864, so 2003 returns are not necessary -- i.e. only 2004/05/06 come into play.

However, this only regards the I-864 and immigration issues -- the IRS may have a different opinion that she did not file in that year.

Assets of 3 times the necessary income are acceptable in the place of income.

but what i need to know how can we prove that to them that we pay the assets and how much is the 3 times of the income ? we have the county taxex papers printed from the internet can we prove with it then?

What do you mean "pay the assets". In order to use assets in lieu of income one must document the value of the assets, that the assets can be turned into cash within 1 year, and that the cash can be transferred to the USA.
