hello guys, i had filed my wifes i751 on 7/24 and the money order was chased yesterday...her greencard had actually expired almost 4 months ago and i wrote a explanation letter on why we missed the deadline..so is it good news that our money order was cashed...did we beat the fee increase?

Yes, you did beat the fee increase since the envelope needed to be postmarked by 07/31/07.

Just curious, to which service center did you mail your petition?
Yes, you beat the fee increase. If you had not they would have returned the application and check.
