Hey Ewok,

I noticed that USCIS now separates the instructions from the forms. It might be more useful for those that don't check the USCIS site (even though they should) to link to the actual page for the form instead of the form PDF themselves.

Example:

I-129F would link to: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD which shows the current fee, instruction download and form download.

instead of this: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-129F.pdf (which doesn't have the instructions anymore)

By "the actual page for the form" I think you mean what I call the form introduction page. I like your idea.
