Internet diary. Friday 21st December 2007. Wow, what a wild few months it's been. And how they've flown! It only seems a few days since Dean & I started this intrepid adventure, with just a basement, a box of old Krispy Kremes and a dream! Now, 181 (!) members later, we're well on our way to VJ history - up there with the greatest of them all (BHoliday).
Despite the secular nature of the Biggest Poll EVER, I have decided to give everyone the next ten days off for the holidays. Dean, FeFe & Bosco have decided to spend the time at a spiritual retreat called the S&M Dungeon outside of Tallahassee. I myself will be getting in touch with my Anglo-Saxon roots by colonizing a third world country and burning Catholics. (j/k. My license has expired.)
I would like to wish all of those who have contributed to this dream, in even the most minor and frankly insignificant way (and you know who you are) a very Merry Christmas, a wonderful holiday with loved-ones, friends, family and those cousins you don't like, and a Happy New Year (2008 - if that is the calandar you prefer).
And so in those immortal words of Dickens' Tiny Tim : "I'm a breast man myself, but I'll take a bit of thigh at a pinch."
