Why thank you, it says "EX-LAX," is that a new type of Hershey bar?

If I could find Ex-Lax in dark chocolate, my father would definitely be receiving a new (and fun!) dessert item!

Ooooo Timmies this morning! Thanks! It has been a while:-).
Nice light gentle rain this morning after thunderstorms last evening and some gentle overnight mumbling of thunder. Everything looks fresh and green - and my iris are in bloom:-).
Even nicer, Karen and Joel (yes, of VJ fame!) and Joe and I are getting together for dinner this evening at the Blue Willow Inn in Social Circle, Georgia. I haven't been there yet but everyone I've talked to says it is wonderful - and they have lots of great food. So, I am going to try and eat as little as possible today so I can enjoy dinner this evening! (waving at Karen).

I miss my baby too
Today at work I saw this couple outside, holding hands, he was making her laugh, they were giggling and just having fun. It made my heart hurt so bad. I stopped, closed my eyes, took a deep breath and just whispered Nick's name.
I can't wait to see him again.

Freakin' time limits and going to an internet café to catch up on a tiny bit of my email and see the weather forecasts...and of course say HI to all of you sickies!
I mean that in the most loving of ways!
So I came down here to the panhandle and got fried at the beach, tried to not drown in the wild waves and wind, and then got "tortured" at an exercise/yoga class with my fun-loving step-MIL. Ouch...dormant muscles re-awaken...must keep them alert now.

I used to be so strong and flexible...much work to be done.
And I have the leisure of time. If only I could relax my mind enough to totally unwind here...apart from visiting with my sweetie's dad. His spirits are way up...guests from London, Cali, Illinois, all over the place. Wow! Awesome group of people.
I miss connecting with all of you and know that I will need a reader's-digest version of what the H happened all the time I cannot get on-line.
Be good people!
Hee, hee.

I'm so overwhelmed! I went from thinking I'd have an interview in May, to it being like 10 days away! I'm stressed cause my car needs to sell! I need some positive energy sent this way regarding my car selling before Friday! Thanks in advance!
I'm going through all of my stuff and trying to decide what to keep, and what to chuck, and what to give away!

It's a pretty difficult task, even though I didn't think it would be, surprisingly. I'm glad it's almost over now!
On a good note, I actually made a list today and I'm sticking to it! YAY! That's a first time ever.
Laura and Chloe, I know what you guys mean. It's been almost 2 months since I've seen my baby. I know that's not a lot of time for some people, but for us, when we're used to seeing each other every 3-4 weeks, it's an awful long time. ~sighs~ That should be over soon though.
I'm excited and sad all at the same time. Talk about overwhelming!

I had to break down and 'invest' in my 4th vacuum cleaner in the last umm 6 months. Shortly before I moved back to the U.S. I bought a high end cannister-type Oreck. They run about $800. But it was the only vac I ever had that could not break down after 3 months of trying to clean up after 2 very sheddy dogs. So, when I moved back the U.S. I just had the one dog and thought I could survive with some upright off the shelf of Target. The dog decided to chew the cord of this new vac after about 2 months. It was garbage anyway. So, I bought another one, just a bit more expensive from the first. This second one, after just a couple months, doesn't even pick up a thread on the carpet, let alone and hair. So, I just ordered a new Oreck, same model as the one I had in Canada. Man... starting over and rebuying stuff all over again is seriously annoying.

That is terrible news, my heart goes to you and your family. I'm so sorry. I've seen this happen too many times, a spouse passes and the widow/widower gives up. I can only hope that your uncle gets back on his feet or at least hangs on until you get to say goodbye.
