In many cases we raise our foibles into demons. You are right, there are no dragons only ourselves, the fomentors of self-fulfilling prophecies. There is a difference between knowing the path and walking the path. To often we let our mind (rationalism) mute or distort the voice coming from our senses (empiricism), without asking why we are afraid?

Gene is taking Monday off instead of today, his usual Friday off, so that we can celebrate the whole day on Monday! It's our one year wedding anniversary. I don't know if I'll be on-line that morning or not, so if I'm not, so I need a shift change.

Going to my volunteer placement today to meet the director of the nursing home! Then I start there the following week!

I have often tried this exercise, and it is time to do it again:

I've been slacking off of VJ lately....

Anyways, I had it very busy for the last few weeks, but I am doing good. So here's few updates:

1- I got pulled off the evening/night schedule at work !!!! I am now only working days

2- My loving husband got very sick last week (hence my lack of VJ) but he is now feeling better

3- A year ago today I was getting my interview and getting approved Where did the time go?

4- Happy Birthday to Molly and Diesel My babies are 1 yo already!

5- I just received my books to study for my License's exam, so until the end of June you won't see me much here

So I just hope you guys are doing good

Good morning. Well, just having some coffee here in Wyoming, it's not bad actually!

The beds here are akin to sleeping on the floor, but we brought the air mattress so set that up on the one bed, which turned out better than sleeping on the floor.

Dinner last night was really good, not that I feel like eating all that much anyway, but yay! pizza hut pasta.

That's pretty bad when you've got to blow up your own bed in a motel. Was it a Motel 6, by any chance? Those places are HORRIBLE.
